The chopper uses the high-speed rotating cutting effect of the chopper to finely chop the main ingredients such as meat chunks, minced meat, fat, etc. into meat filling or puree, while stirring other ingredients such as water, ice flakes, and auxiliary materials together to form a uniform emulsion. The high-speed rotation of the chopper can shorten the running time, reduce material heat generation, maintain the color, elasticity, yield, and shelf life of the filling.

This machine is widely used in meat, vegetables, seafood, and seasonings. The pot is made of cast stainless steel material and has anti overflow edges to prevent material leakage. The cutting tools are made of imported materials and processed by technology, and imported cutting tools can also be selected. The spindle adopts an imported double bearing serial installation method to ensure good concentricity of the cutter shaft assembly. The spindle is finely tuned by high-frequency quenching (with a tolerance of less than 0.03mm), and runs smoothly and noiselessly at high speeds. The gap between the cutting blade and the cutting pot is less than 1.5mm, ensuring the cutting effect.
